Providers: Copy Email Addresses

The “Copy emails” feature in the enrollment options allows you to copy the parent emails for those days when you need to let the parents know if something unexpected happens or if you need to make an announcement. You can paste the email addresses in the “To:” or “bcc” portion of your email client whether that be Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Outlook, etc.

To get to the emails, please follow these steps below:

  1. Login to your Homeroom account
  2. Click on My Dashboard in the upper right hand corner (next to your name) 
  3. From there, on the left hand side of the screen, click on Courses or Schedule 
    1. If clicking on Schedule - select the course in the calendar view 
    2. If clicking on Courses - click on the the course from the list of current courses 
  4. Scroll down to enrollments and click on options

5. From here click on copy emails to be able to reach out to families
