Tracking payouts when working with a school

You can track enrollment transaction in your account once enrollment opens at your school. 24 hours after the enrollment period closes, all course fees minus the credit card processing fee will be transferred to your Stripe account. Stripe will display an estimated delivery date to your bank account or debit card within the Stripe dashboard. This may be 2-3 business days after the funds are in your Stripe account.

How can I find out when enrollment closes?

From the Courses page in Homeroom, you can click on the Reg Link in the right column to get to the school's registration page

The registration page will have more information about the enrollment open and close dates.

How to access your Stripe dashboard: 

1. Go into Settings > Company within Homeroom.
2. Click the "View Stripe Dashboard" button.
3. Click "Payouts" in the Stripe Dashboard

If you go to your Reports page and click Enrollment Transactions, you'll see payout dates for each enrollment.
