Providers: Add Cancellation Policies

Providers can add cancellation policies under their settings in Homeroom. Organizers can see the policy text within their Homeroom view in the course detail page. Parents can also see this in the course information before or after they've enrolled in a course.

Add Cancellation Policy Text

  1. In Homeroom, select Settings from the drop-down menu in the upper right
  2. Click on Company on the left side
  3. Scroll down to the Cancellation Policy section and click "Add Policy"
  4. Add your cancellation policy text and click Create. Don't forget to delete the placeholder text. 
  5. Organizer & Parent View

The cancellation policy can be viewed in the course details either by clicking the "See Details" link on the school booking page, or from within Homeroom when you click on a course from the Schedule, Season or Courses page.
