Providers: Managing Your Course Catalog (Activity Templates)

Your Activity Templates page contains the list of activities that you offer. Each template includes details such as Name and Description, which you populate when you respond to an Activity Request.

In Homeroom, click ‘Activity templates’ on the left.

Click the ‘Add activity template’ button. This will open up a pop-up where you can add the title of the activity as well as a description, category and photos.  You can use this same activity name and description with multiple schools. 

To edit the activity title or description, click on the name of the activity. This will bring up the previous name and description so you can make the necessary changes.
