Providers: Managing Your Course Catalog

Your Course Catalog contains the list of courses that you offer. Each entry in the catalog includes a Course Name and Course Description, which you populate in order to select a course when you respond to a Course Request.

In Homeroom, click on "Course Catalog" on the left.

Click the "Add New Course" button. This will open up a pop-up where you can add the title of the course as well as a description.  You can use this same course name and description with multiple schools. 

To edit the a course title or description, click on the name of the course in the "Course Catalog". This will bring up the previous name and description so you can make the necessary changes.

Please note that any changes you make will affect all schools where a course is tied to this specific course title and description. If you need to customize the description for a specific school, we recommend creating a new course in your catalog and include the school's name in the title or the description text e.g. "Spanish at Collins Elementary"
