Providers: Enrollment Section Terminology

The Enrollments section of the Course Detail page is where you can see all your currently enrolled students and invited students. From here, you can view more detailed student information and access more actions available under the Options menu.

  1. Paid: This is the amount paid for the enrollment. An amount lower than the listed cost for the course could indicate the student was enrolled with a discount or was issued a partial refund. For transaction details, see the Reports section.
  2. Student Name: Click on any student name to see their detailed information including allergy information and any notes the parents have included during registration. 
  3. Grade: Student’s current grade level indicated by the parent/guardian
  4. Classroom: This is the student's school day teacher. Typically this is where the students are coming from before the enrichment class. Sometimes organizers will include the teacher's classroom number as well.
  5. Dismissal: This is the option the parent selected during registration indicating where their students go after the end of the enrichment course.
  6. Parent and Parent Email: Parent contact information added during the parent account creation process
  7. Refund icon Click the $ icon to refund and unenroll students. NOTE: Providers are always able to issue refunds. Organizers can issue refunds only during the open enrollment period. More information on Refunds
  8. Invited student: The blue badge indicates that a student that has been invited to enroll but has not yet accepted the invitation. More information on Adding a Student

Enrollments Options Menu

Once a course is approved, the Options Menu is enabled.

Copy Emails: This will copy the parent email addresses to your clipboard so you can paste them into your email client.

  1. Add a Student: Send a direct invitation for a student to enroll. Learn more about the Add a Student feature here
  2. Download CSV: This options downloads the enrolled student data including allergies and notes. The .csv file can then be opened in a tool like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
