💡 Can I opt out of automatic charges for recurring payments?
Yes! Homeroom gives families the flexibility to opt out of automatic charges for recurring billing, such as extended day or ongoing programs.
🔧 How to Opt Out of Auto-Charges:
- Log in to your Homeroom account at www.homeroom.com.
- Go to the Payments tab.
- Locate the option labeled “Auto-Charge” and toggle it off to opt out.
Once you’ve opted out, you won’t be automatically charged when a recurring invoice is generated.
🧾 How Invoicing Works After Opting Out:
- Instead of an automatic charge, you’ll receive an invoice each time a new bill is generated.
- You can view and pay this invoice directly in your Payments tab.
- Simply click “Pay Now” next to the open invoice to complete your payment.
📌 Helpful Tips:
- You can turn Auto-Charge back on at any time if you'd like future charges to be paid automatically.
- To avoid interruptions, we recommend paying invoices promptly when opting out of auto-pay.
