Families: Where can I view my upcoming charges?

đź’ł Where can I see my future or upcoming charges/invoices?

If you’ve enrolled in an activity or service that uses billed later or recurring billing, you can view any upcoming charges directly in your Homeroom account.


🔍 Steps to View Future or Upcoming Charges:

  1. Log in to your Homeroom account

    Go to www.homeroom.com and log in using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the “Payments” tab

    Once logged in, click on the Payments tab in the top navigation bar.

    Scroll down to the “Billed Later” section

    This section displays any future scheduled charges, such as:

    • Upcoming installments for camps or extended day programs
    • Charges that haven’t yet been processed but are due on a future date

      Review upcoming invoice details

      Each entry includes:

    • The program or activity name
    • The upcoming charge amount
    • The scheduled charge date

📌 Things to Note:

  • Charges under “Billed Later” reflect amounts you’ll be charged in the future.
  • If your activity or camp uses recurring or deferred billing, these invoices may appear in this section before the payment is processed.
  • Once processed, the charge will move to your main “Payments” list as a completed transaction.
