Families: Help with account access
Why Can’t I Access My Homeroom Account, and How Can I Fix It?
If you're having trouble logging into your Homeroom account, try the following steps:
Double-check your login details
Make sure your email and password are entered correctly. Typos or outdated credentials are a common issue.
Reset your password
If you’re unsure of your password or it isn’t working, click “Forgot Password” on the login screen. You should receive a password reset email within a few minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam or promotions folder.
Check your internet connection
Make sure you’re connected to the internet. If you're still having trouble, try accessing your account from a different browser or device.
