Providers: Activities Page
On the Activities page, you’ll find important information regarding your activities.
The activities table (Overview) will list:
- Activity name
- Activity status
- School
- Start date & end date of activity
- Days & times
- Number of students enrolled toward the maximum
- Number of students on the waitlist
- Instructor name
Activity Requests
If an Organizer has invited you to teach in their upcoming season, you’ll find an activity with status Requested in your Activities table. Click on the activity name to fill and complete activity details.
Current Activities
Once you’ve responded to an activity request, its status will change to “Ready to publish”. The organizer can now review and approve your activity.
After your activities have been approved by the school’s organizer, the status of the activity will change depending on the stage of the school’s enrollment period or if activities have begun.
The different statuses an activity will have include:
- Awaiting Approval / Ready to Publish:
- Activities that require sign off from a school organizer will have the Awaiting Approval or Ready to Publish Status. Activities awaiting approval have not yet been published to the registration page.
- Approved:
- Activities that have been reviewed and approved by the school organizer will have the Approved status. Approved courses are viewable by families on the registration page. The activity will remain at this status until enrollment opens or if the course is canceled.
- Enrolling:
- Activities will transition from Approved to Enrolling automatically once the school’s enrollment period begins.
- Upcoming:
- Activities will have the Upcoming status if the maximum has been reached, or if the enrollment period has ended.
- Active:
- Activities that are in session will have the Active status.
- Completed:
- Activities that finish their last day of the season will automatically change to Completed status.
- Cancelled:
- Activities that have been canceled by the organizer will appear as Cancelled.
