📝 FAQ: How Do I Respond to Outstanding Registration Questions?
Some activities and camps require additional registration questions or forms to be completed before the class begins. These are typically requested as the start date approaches.
Why Am I Being Asked to Complete Registration Questions Now?
In some cases, registration questions may not have been presented at checkout. However, if your child’s activity or camp begins within the next 30 days, the provider now requires these questions to be answered before the class starts.
Option 1: Use the Email Link
If you received an email about outstanding registration questions, click the link in the email. This will take you directly to the correct section in your Homeroom account.
đź”” Important: Your answers auto-save only if all required questions are completed. If you navigate away from the page with unanswered required fields, your answers may not be saved.
Option 2: Complete Registration Questions from Your Homeroom Account
If a direct link wasn’t included or you prefer to access the form manually:
- Log in at homeroom.com
- Go to the Family tab
- Click on your child’s name
- Scroll down to the Registration Questions section
- Complete any unanswered questions or required reading
All answers will auto-save once complete.
