Centralized Settings: All settings are now conveniently located in the left-hand navigation panel, allowing you to update any setting from a single location.
Quick Start Guide: New providers will be greeted with a setup checklist upon registration. This guide is designed to help you start scheduling activities quickly and efficiently.
Bulk Activity Editing: Update multiple activities simultaneously by clicking the edit pencil icon in your Activities table. This feature uses a spreadsheet view for familiar and easy bulk modifications.
Enhancements to the Activity Detail Page: We've added new tabs on the Activity Detail page to provide a more organized and efficient interface for managing an activity. Here's what you'll find:
- Activity Information: Update key details about your activities, including grade levels, descriptions, and pricing.
- Enrollments: Access lists of enrolled, waitlisted, and removed students. Click on a student's name to view their personal details.
- Billing: View payment information for each enrolled student and manage refunds from this tab.
- Attendance: Record student attendance and review past attendance records.
- Messages: View and manage your communication with families directly through Homeroom.
Reviews: Read reviews from families to better understand their experiences and feedback.

Registration Questions: Customize registration by adding questions that families answer when signing up for your activities.
Activity Options: When scheduling directly with schools, you can now offer additional elective or add-on activities for families to select during registration.
Message Families: Communicate directly with all or selected families via emails or texts through Homeroom, and easily track responses.
Advanced Pricing Options: Beyond seasonal pricing, opt to offer drop-in, subscription, or usage-based pricing. You can also implement upfront deposits and split payments into installments.
Flexible Lessons: Set up multiple time slots for activities like private violin lessons, allowing families to choose times that work best for them.
Age-Based Activities: Cater to younger children by setting activities for specific age ranges, such as infants and toddlers, instead of grade levels.
