Organizer: How do I use advanced pricing?

There are three different activity pricing options: basic, advanced, and usage. Basic pricing is the traditional season price. Parent pay that upfront. Advanced pricing includes weekly or monthly subscription, daily drop-in, as well as traditional season pricing. With advanced pricing, organizers can choose to set up one or more of these pricing options. Usage pricing allows families to be billed based on when the student was in the activity. Families enter in payment information at checkout but are not charged upfront.

Advanced Pricing

Monthly or weekly subscription - Families are charged for the first month or week at the time of purchase, and billed on the first of the month or week on an ongoing basis until they cancel or the activity ends. If the activity meets more than once a week (which is common with most aftercare programs), families can choose a consistent schedule of days. Students are automatically enrolled in all activity dates that match their chosen schedule.

Daily drop in - This allows families to register in advance for individual days.

Usage Pricing

Usage based price - Families enroll and enter their payment information but are not charged up front. Students get added to an activity date when attendance is taken and are billed dynamically based on days or hours used. Families are billed for the previous month on the 15th. For example September usage charges will be billed October 15th,

Season Price - Families purchase the entire activity in full, up front. Students are automatically enrolled in all activity dates. Payment is collected at checkout.
