Provider Reports

To take a deeper dive into course overview and enrollment transactions, you will be able to access this information in your 'Reports' tab. 

Courses Overview: This section is to show each course offered along with your earnings. You will find each fee broken down into its own column.

Payout Date: The date Homeroom initiated a payout to your Stripe account. The funds may take and additional 2-3 days to show up in your account. 

Transaction Date: The date the family made the payment and enrolled in course 

Student: Student first and last name 

Transaction: The type of transaction processed

• Enrollment: A full payment 
• Full Discount: A discount offered 
• Scholarship: A student given a scholarship fund 

Family Paid: The amount paid by family 

Provider Earnings: The amount you will earn per family 

Transaction Fees: The Credit Card fees associated with processing a payment 

School Fees: The fee a school adds to the total cost. These fees often times fund scholarship students and/or fundraising at the school for additional events

Homeroom Fees: This is the fee we charge to support payment plans for families enrolling in courses
