Viewing Enrollments

Ensuring everyone knows where students are coming from and where they are going after class are critical steps. Use our roster functionality to print off rosters for each constituency.

The enrollments section allows users to easily sort, filter, and download rosters. the reports are divided by activity, classroom, and dismissal. 

The season dropdown box allows you to navigate through different seasons to view rosters from past seasons.

You can navigate to each tab depending on how you want to view the roster. You can click the three dot icon next to the title to filter the results of the report. For example, if you want to see all 1st graders enrolled in an enrichment class, you will click the three dots next to grade, select 1st grade and the table will filter results to just show 1st graders. Applying multiple filters at once allows users to narrow down the results to what you want. 

You then can select to download the report to a CSV file or PDF file

Searching for a student

To search for a student, you can use the find search bar and begin typing in the student name. Any matching results will be highlighted.
