Providers: Compliance

Easily upload & complete compliance documentation for all of your schools on Homeroom!

You will now see a Schools tab in your Homeroom account. Here you will find a list of all associated schools and whether there are any compliance requirements in need of your attention:

To upload the necessary documentation, click on the school name. 

You will then see "Vendor Compliance" and "Teacher Compliance" tabs. Here you can:

• Download any provided documents
• Upload, view or delete completed documents
• Set an expiration date for the associated documents
• Mark the requirement complete, incomplete or as not applicable

Note: only teachers associated with upcoming or active classes at the school will have a red warning symbol next to their name 

Once you have completed all of the requirements, the red warning symbol will disappear. 

You will receive email notifications when an expiration date is within the next month or has recently past. When you upload a new form, make sure to update with the new expiration date to stop the reminders.
