Improved discount logic to better surface and apply the most relevant discounts.

Registration page filtering by student

You can now filter the registration page by student for a more streamlined enrollment experience.

Discounts that include both an activity type and specific activities now use OR logic (applies if either matches)
Providers can now update their city/state independently of zip code
Fixed issue with late addition emails
Non-customizable emails are now visible in the automated messages tab
Compliance emails now only send to providers with upcoming or active activities
Added ability to unsubscribe/resubscribe users via the admin DB
