Time Slot–Specific Options

You can now add a unique set of activity options to individual time slots, giving you more flexibility to tailor offerings.

Shared Capacity Across Time Slots

Create multiple time slots that draw from a single shared capacity.

For example, an extended care activity can include:

• Pickup at 4:00 PM

• Pickup at 5:00 PM

  Both time slots can now share a total capacity (e.g. 40 spots), making capacity management easier and more accurate.

Multi-Activity Discounts

Set up discount rules that automatically apply when families register a single student for multiple activities. You can choose which activities or activity types are eligible, making it easy to incentivize bundles and fuller schedules.

Updated Tab Design

We’ve refreshed the design of our tabbed navigation across:

• The organizer/provider experience

• The family registration page

  The result is a cleaner, more consistent, and easier-to-navigate interface.

New Activity Categories

We’ve expanded our standard activity categories to include:

• Adventure
• Building & Maker
• Games
• Leadership
• Performing Arts
• Visual Arts
