Sessions & Periods

We’ve introduced Sessions and Periods, enabling more structured scheduling of activities. Instead of retyping the same start and end dates each time, you can simply select a pre-defined session. Similarly, instead of retyping the same start and end times each time, you can simply select a pre-defined period. Sessions and Periods help group activities neatly, making your schedule easier to manage and present.

Create Time Slots for Any Type of Activity

You can now create time slots for any activity type, not just lessons. Camps, enrichment, extended care—everything can now support multiple schedules, making activity setup more powerful.

Control Date Visibility on Timeslots

Activity cards for time-slot–based activities now support configurable date visibility. Choose whether to show or hide dates depending on what makes sense for you.

Miscellaneous Enhancements & Bug Fixes

• Added an Activity name column to the Enrollments and Billing tabs for activities with multiple timeslots, helping make it much easier to answer, "which time slot is this enrollment or charge for"?
• Laid the groundwork for our upcoming Email Customization feature
• Site payment method preferences are now enforced consistently throughout the application. Users will no longer encounter mismatches or unexpected overrides when selecting or managing payment methods.
