Easier Moves with Payment Automation

You can now save time when moving a participant to a new activity. A new checkbox in the Move dialog lets you refund the original payment and automatically charge for the new activity — all in one step.

Reminders for Unpaid Invoices

Families with unpaid invoices will now receive an automatic reminder, helping you keep payments up to date.

Additional Enhancements

• When setting up installments, you’ll now see clarifying text explaining that payouts occur only after all installments are paid. This helps everyone stay informed about when funds will be released.
• Attendance exports (CSV and PDF) now include check-in and check-out times, as well as the name of the person who performed each action, giving you more detailed attendance records.
