New Features & Enhancements

Participant Field Customization

Sites now have the flexibility to further customize registration forms. Standard fields (such as Allergies or Classroom) can now be hidden if they are not needed, making registration simpler.

Facility Rentals: Custom Contract Fields

Rental contracts are now more adaptable. In addition to a broader set of standard fields, sites can add custom fields to contracts, ensuring that each agreement captures exactly what’s needed.

Assign Adults to Adult Activities at Checkout

Adults can now be assigned to adult-focused activities directly during checkout. Previously the registration system assumed that the logged in user was the participant.

Facility Rentals: Contract Signing When Adding Renters

When adding a renter directly to a facility (via "Add Participant"), organizers can now sign the rental contract.

Other Improvements

• Denying a request by a participant/family now automatically removes them from the associated activity.
• Fixed issues with editing a request and then saving & approving.
• Multiple fixes applied to the facility requests tab for smoother operation.
• Large season imports are now supported with improved stability.
• Fixed single-choice option fields so they are now required.
