Features & Enhancements

Participants from non-Homeroom schools

Families enrolling students from outside your school can now select “My school isn’t listed” and enter their own school information.

School-wide participants page

We’ve added a new “Students” tab that lets you view all students in your system—regardless of when or whether they enrolled.

Adult activities

Schools can now create activities for adult participants. At checkout, we’ll only ask for relevant details (e.g., no dismissal plans or guardian information).

ACH payment details

Families can now add ACH payment details directly from their payment profile.

Simplified discounts

We’ve removed the Scholarship code field from activity details. You can now create activity-specific discounts using the standard Discounts feature.

Miscellaneous Improvements & Fixes

• Season payout option moved to the Season Details tab for easier access.
• Fixed not being able to download roster PDF in attendance.
• Instructor attendance link can now download rosters without requiring login.
• Fixed an issue where empty provider policies couldn’t be saved.
• Added activity name to the Admin Payouts UI.
• Stripe account links in the Admin UI now open in a new tab.
• Improved error messaging when Stripe fails to load due to network issues.
• All columns can now be displayed when creating a timeslot by selecting “Advanced.”
